HR Specialist (Global Campus Recruitment)
Job Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in attracting top-tier talent across various domains; support global campus recruitment drives and daily social hiring needs.
- Onboarding & Culture: Participate in new hire orientation, corporate culture advocacy, and employee engagement activities. Handle basic HR operations to empower internal partners and facilitate employee integration and development.
- Strategy & Insights: Assist in formulating incentive strategies and conducting external market analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Employee Relations: Support employee communication, satisfaction surveys, and exit interviews. Help maintain a positive and healthy organizational atmosphere.
🎯 Job Requirements
- Education & Language: Class of 2026 graduates (All majors welcome). Excellent English proficiency is required. Candidates with overseas study or exchange experience are preferred. Japanese proficiency is highly preferred.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. A fast learner who can quickly grasp business logic and organizational operations.
