Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher in Blackwood, NJ beginning in May 2026 for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The Pre-Kindergarten Teacher will:
- Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals
- Foster intellectual, social, and emotional growth through intentional classroom instruction
- Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage daily classroom routines and activities effectively
- Observe, assess, and document student progress
- Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to ensure high-quality program delivery
- Maintain strong communication with parents to support each child’s growth
- Support kindergarten readiness through academic and executive functioning skill development
- $62K a year with full benefits

Qualifications
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices
- Experience teaching preschool or kindergarten-aged children
- Understanding of kindergarten readiness standards
- Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Valid teaching certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
