Role: Financial Specialist (Entry-Level Sales & Advisor Track)
The Financial Specialist is the starting point to a long-term career as a financial advisor. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between prospective clients and their future financial freedom.
With warm, inbound leads provided (no cold calling), you’ll focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and scheduling qualified appointments for our advisory team. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on experience in financial conversations, client psychology, and the full advisory process.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) who are competitive, coachable, and eager to grow into a financial advisor within 12–24 months.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective clients and schedule appointments for financial advisors
- Qualify leads by understanding financial goals, needs, and current situations
- Build relationships through consistent follow-up and strong communication
- Track performance metrics (calls, appointments set, appointments kept)
- Support advisors by ensuring high-quality, prepared client meetings
- Represent the firm at seminars, workshops, and client events
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
- Collaborate with team members to hit individual and company goals
- Continuously learn about financial planning, sales, and client strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or graduating soon) preferred
- 0–3 years of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to win and improve
- Coachable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Interest in financial services and long-term career growth
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus — or willingness to obtain

- Maintaining accurate CRM tracking and follow-up

- Building strong relationships with prospects and team members

Schedule
Full-time, in-office role based in Miami, FL
Standard weekday hours with flexibility based on client needs
Compensation
$60,000–$90,000 annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
