Social Media Manager

Social Media Marketer / Manager (Contract or Freelance)

About Us

We are a growing construction/remodeling company working throughout the city of Philadelphia and the Main Line. 

We’re looking for a reliable, creative social media marketer who can maintain our existing aesthetic, tell authentic project-based stories, and consistently engage our audience across platforms.

This role is focused on organic social media (not heavy paid ads).

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish 5 authentic posts per week using our real project photos and videos
  • Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Write unique, engaging, on-brand content for each post
  • Schedule content and maintain posting consistency with structure
  • Engage with comments and messages in a timely, professional way
  • Collaborate with our team to highlight ongoing projects and events
  • Provide simple monthly performance reporting reviews

The Right Applicant Will Have

  • Proven experience managing social media for construction, real estate, home services, or similar industries
  • Strong copywriting skills with a natural, authentic tone
  • Ability to work with existing photos, videos and branding
  • Organized, communicative, and dependable
  • Comfortable working on a monthly retainer or contract basis
