We are a growing construction/remodeling company working throughout the city of Philadelphia and the Main Line.
We’re looking for a reliable, creative social media marketer who can maintain our existing aesthetic, tell authentic project-based stories, and consistently engage our audience across platforms.
This role is focused on organic social media (not heavy paid ads).
Responsibilities
- Create and publish 5 authentic posts per week using our real project photos and videos
- Manage and grow our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Write unique, engaging, on-brand content for each post
- Schedule content and maintain posting consistency with structure
- Engage with comments and messages in a timely, professional way
- Collaborate with our team to highlight ongoing projects and events
- Provide simple monthly performance reporting reviews
The Right Applicant Will Have
- Proven experience managing social media for construction, real estate, home services, or similar industries
- Strong copywriting skills with a natural, authentic tone
- Ability to work with existing photos, videos and branding
- Organized, communicative, and dependable
- Comfortable working on a monthly retainer or contract basis
