ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024, and we’re currently a team of three who are focused on building a positive, high-energy environment where results and culture go hand in hand. As a newer office, we’re excited about the growth ahead and are looking for the right people to grow with us.

 

We invest in our team from day one by covering licensing costs and providing access to a paid third-party training platform to help you build confidence and skills. We also keep things fun with quarterly team outings so we can celebrate wins and stay connected outside of the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joe Dougherty - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
