Production Management Assistant Manager

[Hiring] Production Management Assistant Manager (Full-time)

Our client, a global manufacturing company with operations in the United States, is seeking a Production Management Assistant Manager to support day-to-day production operations and help coordinate cross-functional activities across the plant.

This role will be responsible for supporting production planning, tracking production performance, analyzing operational data, and assisting with communication between departments to ensure stable and efficient plant operations.

We welcome candidates with solid manufacturing experience and practical leadership skills who are ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

1. Position Information

  • Position Title: Production Management Assistant Manager
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Location: Commerce, GA
  • Work Setting: In-person
  • Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Support production planning and daily production performance tracking
  • Monitor production operations and assist with process efficiency improvements
  • Organize, analyze, and report production-related data
  • Support the tracking and management of key production KPIs such as productivity, uptime, and quality
  • Assist with workforce coordination and daily shop floor operations
  • Maintain production-related documents and system data
  • Communicate and collaborate with headquarters and internal departments
  • Support production-related audits and internal compliance requirements
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to help stabilize operations
  • Help ensure compliance with plant safety standards and operating procedures

3. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing production, operations, or process-related roles
  • Prior team lead or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Experience working in a production environment and collaborating across departments
  • Ability to analyze production data and prepare reports/documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing systems such as MES / ERP
  • Flexibility to work extended hours on weekdays when needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

4. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in production management or process operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in chemical, materials, battery, or process-based manufacturing is a plus
  • Background in KPI management, process improvement, and operational efficiency
  • Experience supporting audits and production-related documentation
  • English proficiency is required
  • Korean or Spanish language skills are a plus
