Overview:
This internship supports the transformation of our facility into a fully automated, data-driven operation. The intern will play a key role in analyzing workflows and driving efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze operational data
- Map current workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Apply Lean methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis)
- Recommend and support implementation of process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality, or related field
- Familiarity with Lean principles is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
