Toddler Teacher
Do you love tiny humans, big smiles, and messy masterpieces? Little Sprouts Childcare Center is looking for a full-time Toddler Teacher who’s ready to laugh, learn, and grow alongside our youngest learners!
In this role, you’ll care for and teach a small group of five toddlers ages 1–3, helping create a classroom that’s safe, joyful, and full of discovery.
As our Toddler Teacher, you’ll bring learning to life through play, routines, and age-appropriate activities that support each child’s development—all while being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.
What you’ll be up to:
- Building warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
- Creating fun, hands-on activities that encourage learning and curiosity
- Working closely with fellow teachers to keep our center welcoming and nurturing for every child
- Guiding daily routines like circle time, free play, snacks/meals, bathroom breaks, and rest time
- Keeping the classroom clean, safe, and ready for little explorers
