The File Clerk manages the case files within the office. The File Clerk creates files, provides documents to the legal team and clients as well as closing electronic and physical files, and handles all incoming and outgoing documents.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • A warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required;
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • Takes ownership and completes assignments under minimal supervision;
  • Extraordinary client service attitude and professional demeanor at all times;
  • Follows written and verbal instructions thoroughly;
  • Uses a calendar for their daily work activity and is organized in their daily tasks;
  • FLUENT bilingual able to write, read and speak in English and Spanish;
  • Detail-focused and strong organizational skills;
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
