New York State Project Monitor/Air Technician

Looking for Summer Employees!!  NYS Project Monitor/Air Tech we will provide training.

  • You must be at least 18 years old. 
  • You must be able to read and write in English.
  • You need to be comfortable with basic math.
  • Positions are located in the Greater Albany, NY area.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with room to carry sampling pumps required for the projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with onsite asbestos abatement contractor;
  • Responsible for setting up air-sample equipment;
  • Must enter a regulated work area using proper PPE to check on work procedures (PPE provided by company)
  • Projects require final visual clearance to ensure the scope of work is complete
  • Daily paperwork must be filled out accurately, completely and legibly.

 

Job hours are typically normal business hours (Monday-Friday), but some projects may require nights and/or weekends.
