BloomStay Collection transforms properties into premium short-term rental experiences. High-quality photography is critical to our success, helping our listings stand out and drive higher occupancy and revenue.

We are looking for a Photography Intern with a creative eye and passion for visual storytelling. In this role, you will help capture high-quality, scroll-stopping images that showcase our properties at their absolute best.

This is a great opportunity to build a real estate and hospitality photography portfolio while working with a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photography & Content Creation
  • Capture high-resolution images of properties, including interiors and exteriors
  • Highlight key selling points such as layout, lighting, and amenities
  • Shoot lifestyle images that enhance listing appeal

Editing & Optimization

  • Edit and enhance photos for brightness, color accuracy, and consistency
  • Format images for platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and marketing materials

Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with the BloomStay team on shot lists and styling
  • Ensure each property is presented in a clean, cohesive, and inviting way

Brand Consistency

  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all property listings
  • Continuously refine techniques to elevate listing performance

Ideal Candidate

  • Passion for photography and visual storytelling
  • Basic knowledge of camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless preferred)
  • Familiarity with editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and composition
  • Ability to travel locally for shoots


Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with real estate or Airbnb photography
  • Videography or short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
  • Drone photography (FAA certification is a plus)
