Project Manager

We’re a boutique creative and GTM studio doing serious work for healthcare, biotech, and hospitality clients. We move fast, we ship, and we don’t have time for people who don’t. If you thrive in a high-output environment, own your work without being managed, and want a path to something bigger, this is worth your time.
 

You’ll run day-to-day operations across multiple active client accounts, coordinating deliverables, owning project tracking in Notion, and keeping work moving between clients and our production team. You’re the hub. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
This position starts as part-time with a clear path to full-time for the right person.
 

What you’ll do
Own timelines and task tracking across all active client accounts. Coordinate between internal production, freelancers, and clients. Flag blockers early and solve them before they become fires. Keep Notion organized, current, and actionable. Communicate status clearly without being asked. Grow into a leadership role as the agency scales.
 

What we’re looking for
2 to 4 years in an agency, marketing operations, or creative production environment. Hands-on experience with Notion, Asana, or a comparable PM tool. Someone who has juggled multiple clients or projects simultaneously and didn’t drop anything. Clear, confident communicator in writing and in person. Self-directed, you know what needs to happen next without being told.
 

Schedule and pay
3 days per week, 8 hours per day. $28 to $30 per hour based on experience. W-2 part-time position. No health insurance or retirement benefits at this stage.
 

One hard rule
Phones stay away during work hours. Full presence expected. If that’s a dealbreaker, this isn’t your role.
