Warehouse Fulfilment & Product Quality Associate
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented full-time and part-time team members to support our Dallas warehouse operations. This role sits at the point where product quality, presentation, and customer experience come together. It would suit someone who takes pride in doing practical work properly, notices detail, and understands that the way a product is handled behind the scenes shapes how the brand is experienced by the customer.
This is a hands-on role within our warehouse team. The work includes picking and packing orders, processing returns, steaming garments, folding and restocking approved stock, receiving inbound deliveries, supporting stock counts, and helping keep the warehouse organised and presentation-ready.
Retail experience is preferred. Warehouse experience is not essential. We care more about judgment, standards, care, and reliability than about having done this exact job before.
Monday availability is essential.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Preparing customer orders carefully, accurately, and to a high standard.
- Processing returns with sound judgment and attention to product condition.
- Steaming, folding, and preparing garments to be returned to saleable stock.
- Restocking shelves and putting approved returned stock away correctly.
- Receiving inbound stock and assisting with checks, counts, and organisation.
- Supporting stocktakes and general warehouse upkeep as needed.
- Helping maintain a warehouse environment that reflects the standards of a premium brand.
What we’re looking for
- You are dependable and genuinely take pride in doing things well.
- You have strong attention to detail and good personal standards.
- You are comfortable with hands-on, practical work and being on your feet.
- You work with care, consistency, and good judgment.
- You understand that quality and presentation matter.
- You are available to work part-time, with Monday availability required.
- You have retail or customer-facing experience and understand the importance of reputation and customer trust.
This role will suit someone who
- Likes practical work and finds satisfaction in doing it properly.
- Notices when something is slightly off and fixes it.
- Takes responsibility and can be relied on.
- Wants to learn how a premium eCommerce brand operates behind the scenes.
