AI Strategy Intern, Talent Management — Summer 2026
Two West is seeking a curious, AI-native intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This 10-week program runs from June 1 – August 7, 2026, at 20–30 hours per week. We're not looking for someone who has dabbled in AI — we want someone who has spent the last year genuinely immersed in it.
About Two West
Two West is a full-service talent management and production company with offices in Los Angeles and New York. We represent category-leading content creators and provide strategic advisory services that help them build meaningful businesses and brands across digital and traditional media.
We believe AI is fundamentally changing how talent management gets done — and we're building accordingly. Beyond client services, we are actively developing an AI-powered platform designed to serve as the operating system for modern creator businesses, with a product roadmap spanning analytics, brand partnership management, revenue tracking, and AI-assisted workflows. We use AI tools across every part of our business, and we're looking for someone who can help us go further — including potentially contributing to the early stages of that product.
Position: AI Strategy Intern, Talent Management — Summer 2026
How You'll Support Two West
- Build and refine agentic workflows using Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code that automate repeatable business processes across talent management
- Help develop and train an AI-powered client prospecting agent that can identify and evaluate emerging talent at scale
- Identify opportunities across existing Two West workflows where AI automation could reduce manual effort and increase output quality
- Contribute to the early development of our AI-powered creator business platform — from prototyping features to building internal tools that inform the product roadmap
- Assist in building lightweight apps and automations that support internal operations; no engineering degree required, but comfort with AI-assisted development and vibe coding is essential
- Help document and expand our internal Claude-based operating methodology — learning how we work, adding to it, and building on it
- Support research and analysis across the creator economy, AI tooling, and platform trends
What You'll Gain
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools in a real business environment, working alongside category-leading creators
- Deep proficiency in Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code — applied to live business problems, not toy projects

- Insight into the strategic side of talent management: brand partnerships, creator monetization, and business development
- Mentorship from a team that is actively building at the intersection of AI, media, and technology
- Potential pathway to a full-time role post-graduation for the right candidate
Who You Are
- You've spent the last year genuinely immersed in AI — not just using chatbots, but understanding how to build with and deploy tools like Claude, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code
- You think in systems: when you see a manual process, your instinct is to ask whether it can be automated
- You're comfortable prototyping quickly — using AI to accelerate development even without a traditional engineering background
- You're curious about the creator economy, digital media, and the business of talent
- You're a self-starter who can take an ambiguous brief and produce a concrete output without hand-holding
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can translate technical ideas for non-technical teammates
- You're detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused — you close loops
- You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm
- Bonus: you've built something with AI — an app, an agent, a workflow — and can walk us through it
