Position Details

  • Job Title: Leadership Development Program Participant
  • Organization: Primrose Schools of Florham Park, West Orange, Morristown, and Paramus New 
  • Location: Florham Park, NJ; West Orange, NJ; Morristown, NJ; Paramus, NJ
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
  • Compensation: Hourly rate equivalent to an annual salary of approximately $35,000 to $40,000.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or anticipated prior to start date)
  • Passion for education and child development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred:

  • Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Leadership, or a related field
  • Experience working with children through internships, volunteer work, or employment
