🌟 What You’ll Do

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure our residents receive the highest quality care while supporting and guiding the nursing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating the daily activities of the nursing team
 Coaching and supporting staff while ensuring consistent policy and care standards
 Assisting with scheduling, staff evaluations, and performance management
 Supporting RAI/MDS completion and medical record documentation Conducting rounds to ensure safe, compassionate resident care
 Participating in resident admissions and care coordination
 Assisting with staff training and development
 Supporting regulatory compliance and survey readiness
 Maintaining a safe environment and strong infection control practices
 Providing direct resident care when needed

You will also step into leadership roles when needed, including supporting the Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse, or MDS Coordinator when they are unavailable.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
 Active RN license (state applicable)
 BSN preferred
 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a geriatric or long-term care nvironment
 CPR Certification
 Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support a team
 Compassion, patience, flexibility, and a passion for resident care
