Client Services Representative/Bank Teller
- Minimum 2 years of Teller and customer service experience in banking.
- Knowledge of account servicing and teller systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- This role involves handling financial transactions, opening and servicing accounts while providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Key Responsibilities include processing of deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers. Open and maintain customer accounts. Follow teller procedures and ensure transaction accuracy. Balance cash drawers and follow security protocols.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
