Part-Time to Full-Time Paid Internship/Apprenticeship – Cosmetic & General Dentistry

This position provides comprehensive, hands-on training in both clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry, making it ideal for students considering a career in dentistry, medicine, or other health-related professions.
You will gain valuable experience in:
Front office operations – patient scheduling, insurance processing, marketing, and exceptional patient relations.
Clinical skills – chairside assisting, sterilization techniques, equipment handling, and exposure to the latest state-of-the-art dental procedures.
Specialized care – cosmetic dentistry, sedation dentistry, implant dentistry, laser dentistry, and treatment of medically compromised and geriatric patients.
This is an exceptional opportunity to learn skills and knowledge not typically covered in dental or medical school, including the operational and business side of running a successful healthcare practice.
We are seeking candidates who are:
Highly motivated with a strong interest in the dental/medical field
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
Self-starters who can work independently in a fast-paced environment once trained
Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence in patient care
Ideally, sophomores or early undergraduates who can commit to a multi-year experience to strengthen their dental school or medical school applications
Responsibilities include:
Administrative: Answering phone calls, scheduling patients, managing insurance matters, and other front office duties.
Clinical: Chairside assisting, preparing and breaking down operatories, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment.
