Junior Millwork Drafter

Studio Practice is a high-end architectural millwork studio specializing in luxury residential and retail interiors across New York City. We design, engineer, and fabricate custom furniture, paneling, and architectural elements with a strong focus on precision, craftsmanship, and modern workflows.

We’re looking for a Junior Millwork Drafter who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a deep understanding of how high-end millwork is designed and built. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, drafters, and fabricators, gaining real-world exposure from concept through installation.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in producing shop drawings and submittals using Rhino 
• Support senior drafters and engineers in developing clear, fabrication-ready drawing sets
• Learn how to translate design intent into buildable, real-world solutions
• Coordinate with project managers and shop teams to understand materials, joinery, and construction methods
• Help track revisions and drawing progress within Innergy ERP (or similar systems)
• Maintain organized files and contribute to clean, consistent drafting standards
