AI Automation & Web Development Intern

 

Overview

We’re looking for a builder, not a learner.

At Levvate, we help businesses grow through high-converting websites. A core part of our growth is our Free Site Assessment—and we’re looking for someone to automate and scale it using AI, while building the systems behind our sales and onboarding.

Your work will directly impact:

  • Lead generation
  • Conversion rates
  • Sales performance
  • Company growth

This is a high-impact role where you’ll build systems the company relies on daily.

Compensation

This is a paid, performance-driven internship.

What You’ll Build

You’ll be responsible for building 3 core systems:

1. AI Site Assessment Generator (30-Day Deadline)

  • Input: website URL
  • Output: structured, high-quality site audit (PDF)
  • Used by sales team to book meetings

👉 Expectation: Working version built within 30 days or less

2. Client Onboarding Web App

A multi-step onboarding system that:

  • Collects client info
  • Handles contracts, payments (Stripe), and scheduling
  • Tracks progress (users can leave and return anytime)
  • Detects completion and triggers backend actions

👉 Must automatically:

  • Add new clients to HubSpot CRM upon completion
  • Store all submitted data
  • Notify the team

3. Sales & CRM Automation

  • Connect lead capture → HubSpot
  • Automate pipeline movement
  • Send notifications (new leads, booked calls, etc.)
  • Route leads and site assessments to sales interns

You’ll work directly with the sales team by providing them the tools they need to succeed.

Expectations

  • Build and ship quickly (not theoretical work)
  • Work independently without constant direction
  • Solve problems and figure things out on your own
  • Deliver real, usable systems—not prototypes that break

Requirements

  • Strong experience with:
    • Web development (React/Next.js + backend)
    • APIs and system integrations
    • Building real projects (not tutorials)
  • You must:
    • Have built similar systems before
    • Be able to show past work
    • Be comfortable working independently
    • Have a passion for automation, systems, and AI

❗ This is not a beginner role
