Quantitative Systems Lead | Institutional Real Estate Analytics
The Mission
Imperial Prestige represents institutional property owners (REITs, Private Equity, Global Asset Managers) in reclaiming "squatted" equity within their portfolios. We architect Real Estate Alpha by executing sovereign digital infrastructure upgrades at $0 CapEx and $0 OpEx to the owner. Our mission is to trigger immediate Cap Rate compression and massive NOI expansion across national MDU portfolios.
The Role
We are seeking a Quantitative Systems Lead to build and manage the "Imperial Engine." You are the architect of the back-end machine. Your objective is to automate the discovery of institutional whales and produce the forensic financial models that prove our value proposition.
This is a technical role. You build the data factory; our executive closers handle the relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Architecture: Build and maintain automated scrapers and API integrations to "unmask" LLC Principals and Decision Makers behind 200+ unit MDU portfolios across all 50 states.
Forensic Modeling: Engineer institutional-grade valuation models (Excel/Python) that demonstrate the impact of a $0-cost infrastructure gift on a property's Pro Forma.
NOI & Equity Analysis: Calculate the specific Delta between legacy retail utility costs and the Imperial bulk-model to visualize a 3–8% increase in total property value for our clients.
Automated Audit Production: Develop a system that pulls raw property data and automatically generates high-fidelity Forensic Audit Memos (PDF) ready for C-Suite review.
Requirements
Financial Engineering / Real Estate Background: You must understand Net Operating Income (NOI), Cap Rate sensitivity, and the mechanics of MDU asset valuation.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python (Pandas/NumPy), SQL, and automated data mining.
Database Experience: Experience navigating commercial real estate data (tax records, LLC filings, Secretary of State databases).
The "Billion-Unit" Mindset: You are focused on building a system that can process 200,000+ units with the same precision as a single building.
