Product & Growth Associate
We are looking for a Product & Growth Associate to work directly with the CEO of WealthPlan Group in New York.
This is a high-exposure, high-ownership role focused on turning ideas into real, working outputs across product, marketing, and internal initiatives.
You will help build, test, and launch new ideas quickly - often using AI tools, lightweight code, and creative problem-solving. The role is intentionally broad and is best suited for someone who thrives in unstructured environments and enjoys figuring things out.
What You’ll Do
- Build and test simple tools, prototypes, and workflows (“vibe coding”)
- Create landing pages, experiments, and marketing assets
- Support development of new product ideas and internal tools
- Help translate concepts into clear client-facing messaging
- Run small experiments across growth, content, and user experience
- Work across a wide range of projects as priorities evolve

- Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out independently
- Curious and interested in building, experimenting, and learning quickly
- Gritty — willing to push through challenges and iterate
Skills (Helpful, Not Required)
- Basic coding ability (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Replit, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Interest in startups, finance, or building products
