US Clinical Launch Representative- Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP)
Fischer Medical manufactures and distributes medical devices used during Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) ablation procedures and pacemaker implants.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Clinical Launch Representative specializing in Cardiac Electrophysiology. The individual will work closely with cardiac electrophysiologists and EP lab staff to install, train, provide post-installation technical support, and generate new sales lead for the Bloom stimulator and EP-Tracer recording + stimulator system. Call points are the hospital cardiac EP lab, cardiac electrophysiologists, and cardiac ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
Responsibilities
- Device installation
- EP lab staff training
- Onsite live case support
- Post installation technical support
- Prospecting/new lead generation
- Scheduling and running short-term demos and long-term trials.
- Weekly travel across the US
Qualifications
- Biomedical Engineering Degree
- Prior knowledge or experience in cardiac electrophysiology
- Knowledge of operating room protocols
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement
- Ability to work independently in a remote role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or related fields
- Willingness to travel as needed across the US (Always home on the weekends).
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Preferred
- EP lab experience
- Experience running EP recording systems and stimulators
- Experience in medical sales
