Job Summary:
Our Client Service Advisor (CSA) position is an excellent entry into the Wealth Management industry and provides opportunities into financial planning, operations, and investment management. We are looking for a high-performing and competitive addition to our team to learn the business by assisting in Private Client Services in the areas of investment management, financial planning, and general client support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
A CSA will work closely with Associate Wealth Advisors (Associates) to provide primary day-to-day client support. CSA will interact directly with Styre clients or retirement plan participants under the direction from Partners and Associates and are responsible for providing service in line with Styre’s high expectations.

• Work in office Monday – Friday 7:30 – 4:30, regularly exceeding 40 hours per week
Education and Experience: While we evaluate applicants in many ways, a competitive applicant must have:
• A four-year degree(s) from a competitive university
• Passed the FINRA SIE Exam
• Competency in financial math, applying time-value of money concepts, and using spreadsheet applications
• Relevant experience or internship in the financial services industry
• Positive attitude, competitive spirit, and intellectual curiosity
• A strong desire to advance in our organization over the long-term
Starting Salary: $65,000 annually
Signing Bonus: $2,000 and $1,000 clothing allowance
Incentive Eligibility: 0% - 10% of base salary annually.
Bonus Eligibility After 6 months
