Legal Administrative Assistant

We’re seeking a friendly, organized Legal Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys and paralegals with front-office communication, scheduling, intake, and administrative tasks. We use Clio for firm management and recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office
  • Answer and screen calls; provide basic information and take messages for attorneys/paralegals
  • Coordinate scheduling by phone/email
  • Assist with client intake by collecting contact info and key matter details
  • File, scan, and maintain firm records
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications

  • Professional communication and strong customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable with email, calendars, scanning, and document management
