Front Desk Coordinator

Priscilla & Tiffany’s Art Academy is looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Front Desk & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for a college student interested in art, marketing, customer service, or education. They will help manage front desk operations, communicate with parents and students, create social media content, and support studio events and daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet parents, students, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries
  • Assist with student check-in/out and scheduling
  • Process payments and maintain basic studio records
  • Help keep the front desk and studio organized
  • Create and post content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Website
  • Take photos and videos during classes, camps, and events
  • Assist with promoting classes, camps, workshops, and special events
  • Help with flyers, basic marketing materials, and event preparation

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable speaking with parents, students, and staff
  • Familiar with Instagram, Capcut, TikTok, Claude, Mailchimp, Squarespace and Canva
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills including email, Google Docs, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in art, education, or social media marketing
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • High school diploma required
  • Currently enrolled in college preferred
  • Available afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous customer service or social media experience prefer
