Compliance OS is our AI-powered platform that automates IT evidence collection, control monitoring, and reporting across on-prem, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments.

We’re seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (Backend-focused) to help build and scale the systems that power secure, reliable, deployments of Compliance OS.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take on a prioritized mix of the following:

· Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure across GCP (primary), AWS, and Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

· Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for consistent, repeatable environments.

· Architect and implement multi-tenant systems, balancing isolation, performance, and operational complexity.

· Troubleshoot production issues across infrastructure, networking, and backend services.

· Partner with product and engineering teams to support platform features, APIs, and system integrations.

· Improve observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and incident response practices.

What We’re Looking For

· Strong backend and infrastructure engineering experience across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

· Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code or environment automation.

· Ability to design and reason about multi-tenant architectures (isolation, upgrades, blast radius).

· Comfortable working across the stack when needed to debug and support application behavior.

· Ownership mindset: proactive communication, strong debugging skills, and accountability for production systems.

· Works well in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities.

· Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, security hardening, observability, or compliance/GRC systems.
