Bookkeeper

Description:

  • Entering invoices from vendors and suppliers
  • Recording of payments out to vendors and suppliers
  • Recording of sales and accounts receivables
  • Balancing of bank accounts
  • Balancing of credit cards and collecting receipts
  • Tracking of undeposited funds account
  • Accounts receivables follow up and management
  • Providing of reports on weekly basis and as needed
  • Working with financial manager to close books for the month
  • Enter Data for Purchase Orders 
  • Other Miscellaneous office Tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting courses taken
  • Open to learning and using AI
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft excel skills and Microsoft outlook
  • Basic knowledge of general ledger accounts
  • Works well with others
  • Ability to solve problems without constant supervision
  • Loves to learn and can adapt to changes as needed
  • Have own transportation

 

Preferred requirements:

  • Working on degree in accounting or business currently
