Tax Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter to join our accounting firm as a Tax Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing income tax returns for individuals and small businesses, identifying potential tax credits and liabilities, and ensuring timely and accurate filings. You will complete tax forms in compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual and corporate tax returns
• Manage meals and sales tax filings
• Perform bookkeeping and payroll functions
• Research, interpret, and summarize tax laws for individual and business clients
• Respond to notices and audits from federal and state tax authorities

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and easy to work with
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting
• Fluent in Chinese
• Has prior tax preparation experience
• Organized, client-focused, and able to meet deadlines
