Role Description

AKA Studio is looking for a Project Manager and a Licensed Project Architect to join our collaborative, in-office team in Alpharetta. In this role, you’ll take the lead on projects from early planning through completion, acting as the key connector between clients, consultants, and internal teams.

You’ll help shape strategy, guide decision-making, and ensure every detail comes together seamlessly—on time and on budget.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead multiple projects from kickoff through completion, including scope development, fee estimating, proposals, and contracts
  • Oversee all phases of project coordination, management, and production
  • Develop and execute project strategies that drive successful outcomes
  • Manage budgets, schedules, programs, and documentation with precision
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships
  • Guide and mentor project teams—assigning work, reviewing progress, and supporting growth
  • Keep leadership informed with clear updates on project status, staffing, and financials
  • Proactively communicate with clients, consultants, and team members to anticipate needs and solve challenges early

 

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience managing architectural projects
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch)
  • Licensed Architect or actively working toward licensure preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Alpharetta, GA
  • Experience in restaurant, mixed-use, or commercial projects is a plus
