Position Overview

We are seeking a disciplined, dependable, and detail-oriented Junior Litigation Attorney to support cases from pleadings through trial preparation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, appreciates structure, and wants to build a long-term career in litigation.

You will work directly with senior attorneys and play a key role in moving cases forward every day.

Responsibilities

You may assist with:

Litigation & Legal Writing

• Drafting complaints and related pleadings
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Drafting motions, oppositions, and motions to compel
• Preparing meet-and-confer correspondence
• Conducting legal research and writing memoranda

Trial Preparation

• Assisting with exhibit lists
• Preparing witness outlines
• Supporting trial briefs and jury instructions
• Helping prepare cases for trial

Case Strategy & Management

• Tracking deadlines and litigation calendars
• Maintaining organized case files
• Supporting case strategy under direct attorney guidance
• Communicating professionally with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Helping ensure cases continue moving forward efficiently

Qualifications

• Active California law license required
• Strong writing and research skills
• Organized and dependable
• Detail-oriented with good judgment
• Open to mentorship and feedback
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Interest in plaintiff-side litigation and trial work

Experience in civil litigation is helpful, but not required.

Salary Range: $90,00 to 100,000
