Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly trustworthy Human Resources Intern to support our team during the summer. This internship will primarily focus on an electronic filing and document management project, providing valuable hands-on experience in HR operations and data organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization, digitization, and electronic filing of HR documents
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in file naming, indexing, and storage processes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
  • Support HR team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Help improve and streamline document management processes

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
