Position Overview

We are seeking an upcoming college graduate who is interested in building a long-term career in the wealth management industry.

This role begins as a Level 1: Operations Associate, where you will learn the foundational systems, processes, and expectations required to operate at a high level within a professional services firm.

Over time, this position is designed to provide exposure and development opportunities across multiple career paths within the firm, including:

· Service & Operations

· Financial Advisory

· Investment & Portfolio Management

Career progression is based on demonstrated performance, judgment, and firm need.

What You Will Do

As an Operations Associate, you will:

· Execute administrative and custodial service requests accurately and efficiently

· Support recurring client service processes (account maintenance, distributions, documentation)

· Prepare and process paperwork and service items

· Track and follow through on client-related tasks to completion

· Learn and follow firm workflows and systems

· Support internal coordination across team members

AI & Innovation Responsibilities

In addition to core responsibilities, you will support firm-wide initiatives related to the use of artificial intelligence in financial planning.

This includes:

· Assisting with the development and testing of internal AI tools

· Supporting data input and validation for AI-driven planning workflows

· Helping maintain and improve AI “agents” used for:

o Estate planning analysis

o Tax return review

o Property & casualty coverage evaluation

This position is primarily in-office in Birmingham, Alabama to support training, collaboration, and development.
