Director of Reporting & Analytics

We are a fast-growing independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth families and foundations.

We’re looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented Director of Reporting & Analytics to join our close-knit, entrepreneurial team and play a key role in driving internal reporting, analytics and support client servicing.

Working Remote – should live within 1 hour of Calabasas, CA

In this role, you will:

• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and client review materials
• Lead financial reporting and analytics to support ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Collaborate on proposals, special projects, and client service initiatives
• Partner closely with senior advisors to enhance internal execution and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience in accounting, finance or in a wealth management firm
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage complex data and present it clearly
• CFP, CPA or tax background preferred (but not required)
• Should live within ~1 hour of Calabasas for periodic in-person collaboration
