Probate and Trust Attorney

The attorney will be handling estate planning, probate administration, guardianship administration and trust administration matters, including but not limited to drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives; representing clients in probate administration; representing clients in guardianship administration; managing client relationships.

This position is located in Miami, FL. Compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience. This position is not remote and the candidate must reside in the Miami area at or prior to the time of hire.

Job Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience

Must be licensed in Florida

JD from an ABA Accredited Law School
