Role Description:
 

American Screening Corporation is seeking a Financial Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Shreveport, LA. The Financial Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the organization meets its financial goals. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing financial risks, developing strategies for cost control, supervising financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Financial Manager will analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
 

Qualifications:
 

  • Strong financial management expertise, including budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cost control
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis, report preparation, and providing strategic financial recommendations
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, financial software, and tools such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred)
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, medical supply, or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
