We are currently seeking an ambitious, high-energy Strategy & Marketing Associate to join the Strategy team. As we expand our presence in the US market, we are seeking a proactive, "two-hat" professional to drive our corporate and marketing strategies. As our Strategy & Marketing Associate, you will have direct exposure to C-suite leadership and the opportunity to influence the foundational strategy of the company. This position is unique, requiring a blend of high-level corporate strategy—building hypotheses and multi-year financial forecasts—and tactical marketing strategy—identifying ideal customer verticals and messaging channels. You will serve as a bridge between our US operations and our Korea HQ, requiring cultural agility and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities within the US diagnostic and wellness markets, including potential B2B partnerships, D2C channels, and new clinical verticals.
- Structure and test business hypotheses. Draft comprehensive business plans and executive-level presentations (PPT) to secure internal buy-in for new strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain dynamic, multi-year financial models and scenario analyses to support C-suite in forecasting revenue, evaluating unit economics, and assessing the ROI of new initiatives.
- Architect and pilot comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for new laboratory offerings (e.g., Women's Health, STI/UTI bundles), defining pricing, positioning, and launch timelines.
- Continuously monitor the US diagnostic, telehealth, and Femtech markets. Track competitor pricing, M&A activity, product launches, and regulatory shifts to keep the executive team ahead of market curves.
- Act as the primary strategic liaison between the Gardena-based US operations and the Korean headquarters. Ensure localized US strategies seamlessly align with global corporate objectives and technical capabilities.
- Effectively communicate and manage deliverables across different time zones, displaying high cultural agility and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Create and build ad-hoc analyses, including special projects at the request of senior management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field of study or equivalent work experience..
- Advanced expertise in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (strategic storytelling).
- Must be a self-starter who is proactive, takes full responsibility for outcomes, and meets tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge different professional cultures.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Displays natural curiosity, with a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems; can identify patterns and ‘connect the dots’ to drive successful outcomes with high impact.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company.
- Must be able to work on-site in our Gardena laboratory/office.
LICENSE & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or marketing.
- Experience or interest in the healthcare/biotech/diagnostic laboratory industry.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is preferred to facilitate communication with HQ, but not required.
SCHEDULE
- 9:00 AM to 5:30PM
- Flexibility is required for occasional late-evening or early-morning calls with international counterparts.

Open Healthcare US offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's education, skills, qualifications, related work experience, and etc.
