Healthcare Advisor

Summary

The working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST. Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid-working environment with 4 days in office.

Responsibilities

Sales & Service Execution – 90%

  • Proactively engage consumers via phone and digital channels to introduce innovative healthcare products, demonstrating their impact on quality of life.
  • Build lasting relationships by providing consultative, personalized solutions and addressing unique customer needs.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, resolving issues, and recommending products to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and future field sales leader.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and insights to support territory planning and market development.
  • Embrace feedback and coaching, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, quality, and sales teams to share market feedback and contribute to product innovation.
  • Actively participate in training, best practice sessions, and special projects designed to accelerate your readiness for field sales roles.

Essential Functions of the Role

  • Communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office to manage communications and reporting.

 

Education & Work Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience (this includes internships, leadership roles, jobs held while in school).

 

Education & Work Preferences

• Experience in medical device, clinical support, or healthcare services environments preferred.

• Experience supporting acute or post-acute care markets.

• Demonstrated interest in career progression to field sales or territory management roles.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard office applications.

• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
