Trade Show Assistant

Job Title: Trade Show Assistant – 2026 NSC Safety Congress & Expo
Location: Indiana Convention Centern (Indianapolis, IN)
Job Type: Temporary (9/14-16, 3 days)

Job Description:
Booth support including basic product introduction, and assisting with communication between exhibitors and visitors.

Schedule:

• September 14–16, 2026 (Monday–Wednesday)
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
• Full 3-day availability required

Pay:

• $250 per day

Responsibilities:

• Assist with booth setup and breakdown daily
• Distribute marketing materials and catalogs
• Greet visitors and provide basic information
• Support communication between Mandarin-speaking exhibitors and English-speaking visitors

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred:

• Experience in trade shows, events, or customer-facing roles
• Background in manufacturing or B2B industries is a plus
