General Manager

We are recruiting experienced General Managers with experience in real estate leasing, construction contracting, or the construction materials sector.
The General Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to all aspects of the organization’s operations. This role involves overseeing day-to-day business functions, managing the executive team, and ensuring that the company meets its financial, operational, and strategic goals. The General Manager will work closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and maintain a high standard of quality in products and services. Additionally, the General Manager will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and excellence throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define business objectives and establish performance metrics.
Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial goals.
- Analyze financial reports and metrics to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team to enhance performance and foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Promote employee engagement and retention through effective communication and recognition programs.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Implement quality control processes and regularly review procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Address any quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer service and engagement.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential business risks.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations affecting the business.
