GENERAL SUMMARY:
The counselor’s role is to provide clinical services to patients for mental health and substance use disorder.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based psycho-therapy to patients.
- Facilitate group therapy appointments.
- Develop appropriate goal-focused, person-centered, treatment plans including measurable goals.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- Licensed (State of Michigan) Master’s Level Social Worker (“LMSW”)
- Supervision Received
- Works in collaboration with providers, care manager, and peer recovery coaches.
