Expectations & Responsibilities

  • Territory & Account Management: Master your designated geographic territory, strategically mapping out high-value opportunities within private practices, dental service organizations (DSOs), and surgical centers.
  • Capital Equipment Demos: Conduct high-end, engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations for dentists and clinical stakeholders, showcasing our premium chairs, digital imaging, and specialized equipment.
  • Relationship Engineering: Cultivate, maintain, and elevate professional, consultative relationships with practitioners, ensuring Vakker Dental is their exclusive, trusted clinical partner.
  • Full-Cycle Business Development: Drive new market penetration through a mix of high-energy cold calling, targeted lead generation, and modern direct sales approaches.
  • High-Value Deal Closing: Negotiate complex contracts, pricing structures, and terms to successfully close high-ticket dental equipment deals.
  • Trade Show Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at major national and regional dental trade shows, networking with key opinion leaders and expanding the company's sales pipeline.
  • Product & Clinical Mastery: Continuously learn and maintain deep expertise in dental anatomy, clinical workflows, and advanced dental engineering to speak authoritatively to clinicians.
  • CRM Optimization: Maintain meticulous data integrity within our CRM platform (Pipeline/Salesforce), tracking customer interactions, pipeline progression, and account health to inform accurate sales forecasting.
  • Executive Concierge Support: Troubleshoot product inquiries post-sale, coordinate seamless delivery, and manage the end-to-end processing of returns, exchanges, and warranty requests to uphold a luxury service standard.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, territory management, or direct B2B sales. Backgrounds in technology, medical devices, industrial sectors, or pharmaceutical sales are highly preferred.
  • Business Development Savvy: Demonstrated success in lead generation, strategic cold calling, and utilizing a direct sales methodology to win market share.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM software (Pipeline, Salesforce, or similar platforms) to manage customer pipelines and analyze territory data.
  • Presentation Excellence: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a natural ability to conduct complex product demos and handle high-value objections.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to make data-driven decisions that grow the territory.
  • Retail/Technical Sales: Background in luxury retail sales or technical B2B upselling is highly desirable.
  • Operational Skills: Strong administrative capabilities, including the ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute (WPM) for accurate CRM logging and client communication.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent elite-level sales experience will be considered.
