We’re looking for a motivated Project Analyst to join our team in Fletcher, NC! This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in project management, operations, or engineering support within the utilities/energy space.
In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Support project managers with day-to-day coordination and tracking of active projects
- Help set up new projects and ensure data is accurate in internal systems
- Analyze project data and assist in preparing reports and deliverables
- Track timelines, budgets, and project progress to ensure goals are met
- Review and process timesheets and project-related documentation
- Partner with field teams, engineering teams, and clients to keep communication flowing
- Help identify project risks and contribute to solutions
- Assist with project meetings (kickoffs, status updates, client calls)
- Maintain organized project files and ensure quality control

- Recent grad or early career professional interested in project management, engineering, or operations

- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems

Preferred Background (Not Required)
- Degree or coursework in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Analytics, or related field
- Internship or experience in utilities, construction, engineering, or project coordination
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, AutoCAD, or project tracking systems
