Part-Time | Home Health Aide

Schedule: Casual positions require a minimum of four shifts per month, including shifts during the week and on weekends.

Pay Range: $19.20 – $25.91 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*

The Difference You’ll Make

-Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

-Support medication administration in accordance with training, policies, and resident care plans

-Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to nursing staff

-Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic charting system

-Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to support residents’ overall well-being

-Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care

-Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for those we serve

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, or caregiver

Preferred:

-Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

-Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living environments
