Project Engineer

Sunflower Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Engineer to support the successful execution of multiple commercial and industrial seamless flooring projects from pre-construction through closeout.

This role plays a critical part in schedule coordination, submittal tracking, safety documentation, field reporting, financial tracking, and change management. The Project Engineer will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Sunflower's high standards of quality.

Reporting directly to the Director of Project Management, this position offers valuable exposure to both operational execution and financial performance—creating a strong foundation for career growth within the company.
