SWAN Capital is a growing wealth management firm in Pensacola, FL, and we're hiring Investment Advisors who want to do the real work — meeting with clients, building financial plans, and making a measurable difference in people's lives — from day one. No prospecting. No cold calling. No dialing strangers until 9 p.m.
We've already built the client base, the systems, and the marketing pipeline. What we're looking for is people who are early in their advisory careers and ready to learn fast in an environment that takes care of them.
What you'll do
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals
- Partner with senior advisors and learn the craft through real client interaction
- Manage and grow client relationships over time — the kind of long-term work that makes this career meaningful
- Use proven systems and tools (we'll train you on all of them) to deliver a high-touch client experience
Who we're looking for
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–3 years of experience) in finance, financial planning, economics, business, or a related field
- Series 65 or Series 66 required
- Strong communicator who can explain complex ideas simply and listen well
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and genuinely curious about people and money
- A service-first mindset — you actually care about doing right by clients, not just hitting a number

Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $150,000 per year (base salary + performance bonuses)
