Associate Attorney

Seeking attorney or recent law school graduate (who anticipates taking the VA Bar) to assist with general civil litigation, criminal, estate planning, business creation, real estate, and immigration casework in the greater Charlottesville area. This can be structured as a hybrid or in-office position. The ideal candidate will be able to make appearances in court, but not required to begin employment. Malpractice insurance coverage, Lexis Nexis access, equipment, materials, etc. provided. Base attorney salary plus revenue sharing, aggressive compensation structure. Flexible options depending on availability and preferences. Individuals with pending Virginia law license are welcome to apply.
