Part-time Office Assistant
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Part-Time Office Assistant to provide administrative support and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organized, varied work and thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Communication
• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in person and via email
• Respond to general inquiries and forward messages appropriately
• Manage cleaners and trash removal for office weekly
Administrative Support
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage calendars and meeting rooms
• Prepare, copy, scan, file, and organize documents and records
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, stamping, and courier coordination
Office Operations
• Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance (e.g., troubleshooting printers, ordering toner)
• Support special projects, events, and departmental tasks as assigned
