Financial Analyst
Job Summary
The Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Foundation’s financial planning, grantmaking operations, and reporting functions. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, this position is responsible for budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and developing financial models that provide actionable insights to leadership and the Board.
This role partners closely with internal teams to ensure grantmaking activities are aligned with financial strategy, compliance requirements, and the Foundation’s overall mission. The Financial Analyst will also contribute to financial reporting, audit preparation, and operational processes, helping to strengthen data integrity, improve systems, and support informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
1–3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, nonprofit finance, or related field.

Compensation range is $65,000 – $85,000 and is dependent on qualifications and experience. This full-time, hybrid position includes generous time off and great benefits (paid vacation; sick time and holidays; health, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance; and retirement).
