Client Service Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service & Operations Associate to join our growing RIA. This individual will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience while supporting the firm’s operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in operations and client service.
Responsibilities:
Client Experience
- Maintain accurate client information within our CRM system
- Prepare and review account paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with opening new accounts, transferring assets, and maintaining client accounts
- Help coordinate client meetings, including scheduling and follow-up communications
- Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for client requests and inquiries
Operations & Administration
- Support daily operational activities, including account funding, transfers, and money movement requests
- Work with custodians such as Fidelity and Schwab to resolve account-related issues
- Assist with account reconciliation and operational reporting
- Help improve internal processes and contribute to team efficiency
- Support compliance and regulatory requirements
Professional Growth
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors and senior team members
- Gain exposure to portfolio management, financial planning, and client relationship management
- Learn industry-leading technology platforms and operational best practices
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as the firm grows
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Internship or work experience in financial services, banking, accounting, customer service, or a related field
- Interest in pursuing a long-term career in financial services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and AI
